That's a very nice arrangement. It's in the key of 'D' and he is using low 'D' tuning on the 6th string. It wouldn't be hard to figure out... but I don't have time at the moment. The chords are mostly around D, A and E in various positions on the neck. He's playing the melody in the treble strings and filling in the basses when the melody is holding. He's also using a flat 7, which is such a nice sound, and some suspended chords like the Dsus towards the beginning of the song. If you take if frame by frame, you should be able to pick up most of it. Just turn your 6th string down to 'D' first. Blessings, Jean Ric.
